Entire first floor with private entry and 2 private decks. ~No basement or garage access - these are for the host only. Please not this is a hosted home. meaning at times we stay in the lower basement level with private entrance. We try to give you and us the most privacy.~ This is a hosted home meaning you have the private first floor 3bd/2bath. At times, we stay in the lower level/basement and garage. We are available if needed provide most privacy as possible. If you stay at the home on Friday mornings we are there to take out the trash. Located in Pollock Pines 2.4 miles from Jenkinson Lake and Sly Park Recreational Area. Home is on a green belt HOA meaning you can find hiking trails behind the home that lead to the lake and other scenic trails. Please note that it is can be hilly and be aware of local wildlife. Driving is the most efficient. There is a green belt located behind the property that can access the lake via hiking, which does include a steep hill to access the trail. Please be aware of local wildlife. During winter months a 4x4 is recommended. There are no shuttles. Minutes away from Apple Hill Farms and wineries throughout the cities of Pollock Pines and Camino. The farms host many events (pumpkin patches, Christmas tree farms, farmers marketers, bakeries, live music, weddings, restaurants and much more… -5 minute drive to Safeway, restaurants, gas station. - 3.7 mile driving distance from Lake Jenkinson and Sly Park Recreational Area vs 1 mile hike from backyard (please be aware of local wildlife) - 1 hour away from Bassi Falls Trail (waterfall during spring -summer months) -Sierra –at –Tahoe Ski Resort is 45 minutes away House rules and detail CHECKING OUT: We hope that you enjoyed your stay with us!
