The farms host many events (pumpkin patches, Christmas tree farms, farmers marketers, bakeries, live music, weddings, restaurants and much more… -5 minute drive to Safeway, restaurants, gas station. - 3.7 mile driving distance from Lake Jenkinson and Sly Park Recreational Area vs 1 mile steep hike from backyard (please be aware of local wildlife) - 1 hour away from Bassi Falls Trail (waterfall during spring -summer months) -Sierra –at –Tahoe Ski Resort is 45 minutes away House rules and detail CHECKING OUT: We hope that you enjoyed your stay with us! Checkout is at 11 am. -Late check is possible with pending house cleaner's schedule. -Please leave the property as you found it -Please switch off all the lights, heater or A/C in hallway. -Please shut off the fireplace using thermostat on the wall in the living room, underneath the clock (pilot light is on all the time- this is ok to leave on) Please retract all the sun shades (use shade hook located on the walls on the deck underneath the lights). *currently in not in use- undergoing repair. Please leave the trash inside only. Local wildlife will drag trash down streets causing a huge mess this is against house and HOA rules. Please lock the space and close all the windows before departure Please report and damage or missing items before leaving.
