The space At LA BASTIDE SAINT MARTIN****, we offer the rental of one of our three charming cottages, each accommodating six people, with a shared, covered, and heated swimming pool (28-30°C in summer), in the heart of a quiet, historic hamlet in Vallon Pont d’Arc. Each independent 100 m² cottage has three double bedrooms upstairs, a double bathroom (two sinks and two separate walk-in showers), a separate toilet, an open-plan kitchen, and a living/dining room. They all open onto a walkway overlooking a beautiful patio and a covered and heated swimming pool, open year-round. Optional: Beds made upon arrival: €30 per double bed (160 cm) and €20 per single bed (80 cm). Payable upon arrival. Our advantages: - A shared laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, clotheslines, iron, and ironing board. - Baby cots, baby bathtubs, and high chairs. La Bastide Saint Martin has created an exceptional indoor living space for its guests: - A very original patio, covered by a glass roof like a riad in the Ardèche region, houses a lovely, secure, and heated pool (between 28 and 30 degrees Celsius), perfect for relaxing at any time of day and in any season! - Surrounding the pool are two beautiful vaulted stone rooms, opening onto the patio and the pool. These rooms are furnished to allow guests to relax around wrought-iron and mosaic tables, and also to enjoy meals on the patio. In summer, a small outdoor courtyard is furnished in the shade of an olive tree, with a few deck chairs and low armchairs. Cleaning fee payable upon arrival: €100. Pets allowed: €30 payable upon arrival.
