Little Off Lake House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 2 bedroom, 1.25 bath, home on a private 8 acre lake. Has kitchen, large dining area which doubles as a ping-pong room, den with view of lake, screened in porch stocked with a variety of fishing poles, dock with small boat slip and diving board, laundry room, full and twin air mattress for extra sleeping needs, bedding, linens, towels, washcloths, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, fire pit, gas grill, {Jon boats, barge with trolling motor can be rented.} The space There is fire pit, gas grill, diving board (when lake is full, as of May water is to low to dive). No food is provided you must bring your own, don't forget your coffee, there is a coffee pot but not coffee. Site is 10 minutes from Stephenville, 3 miles from County Store in Huckabay. Linens, towels provided. Bring your own toiletries. Board games no longer there someone trashed them all, if you are interested in some games I can bring them to you, Wii, ping-pong table, outdoor games, trampoline on site. Land owners located across lake and may be on lake or available as needed. GPS should get you here. You will go past Little Off Ranch house, follow road to lake house. Keys will be left out on porch on arrival day. Wi-Fi available, no television service. TV is available to use for Wii or DVD/VHS. Large collection of movies available. Pets are welcome as long as they don’t damage home, chase cows, kill chickens or are dangerous to others. There is an extra fee for pets. If children are in, on or near water they should have life jackets on. Use best judgment, safety measures and laws required in TX. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS. Fishing Guidelines per visit: Bass 10”-14” keep, limit 10, Crappie limit 10, Catfish are catch and release for now, Bluegill (I call them perch) limit 10. NO SMOKING IN HOUSE PLEASE Guest access We have 45 acres most of which you are welcome to explore. There is a dock that belongs to a neighbor that is off limits and a large dam that is as well. You can be anywhere in water around that dock and dam. Other things to note At this time there is a burn ban. Grill can still be used. The lake is low at this time so there is no jumping off diving board. Water is to shallow for that. The deeper areas are still around 15 feet deep. Lake has blue gill, crappie, bass, and catfish. We have a 1 man Jon boat for $10, 2 man Jon boat for $15, Barge for $30. You rent for use during your stay. Let me know which ones you want.
