Pretty! The space This large family home was built in 1925 and has been lovingly cared for over the years. Many features have been renovated while retaining the original charm of that era. It is three stories with bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor. There are many windows that keep the home bright and inviting! Floor 1: The front door opens into a large living/kitchen/dining area. It is the main area for your group to hang out and relax. There is a large sofa and a large dining table. The kitchen features a huge island and restaurant-grade appliances! All the cooking gear you could need, salt, pepper, spices, and oil is supplied. There are enough plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware to seat 12. The wine cooler is a nice touch! There are two bedrooms on this floor and two bathrooms. Each of the three bedrooms on Floor 1 have one bed (a Tuft & Needle King in one bedroom and a Kingsdown Queen in the other two bedrooms). Floor 2: The Master Bedroom is on this floor and there is a huge en-suite Master bathroom. The Master bedroom with Tuft & Needle King bed has built-in bookcases, a Juliette balcony, and a view of the backyard. Bed Summary 2 Tuft & Needle Kings, 1 Kingsdown Queens, 1 Twin floor mattress, and 1 pack and play. The floor mattress and pack and play are easily moved around so that your little ones can sleep with you in your room. The bedroom doors close tightly but they do not lock due to the antique nature of the door knobs. Bathroom Summary The King bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The first Queen bedroom on the main floor has a door that leads directly into the main floor bathroom. The second Queen bedroom shares a bathroom with the other Queen bedroom. This bathroom is also accessed via a second door to the main hallway. Outside space: You will have your own private backyard. There is patio furniture and you may even enjoy having a meal outside since the weather in Atlanta is pretty nice most of the year. You might enjoy throwing a ball around or setting up a croquet game. Parking: There are two off street parking spots as well that you may use. Additional cars will have no trouble finding free street parking in the evenings. Work day street parking between 8:30am and 5:30pm can be tight due to the offices in the area. There is a paid parking deck one block away for guests who want to keep their car out of the elements. Occupancy: We keep the maximum capacity to 8 adults. Infants from birth to 1 year of age do not count towards the guest count. Children are considered age 2 through 12. Adults are considered age 13 and up. Let me know how many adults, children, and infants will be in your group. Basic cable TV is provided. A list of channels is provided in the living room. It is a pretty limited list and may not be the same channels you have at home. There is also a Roku so you can get Netflix (we have a subscription for you). Read on to find the secret phrase, required for booking! Guest access The guest will have access to the entire home including the laundry room, free street parking, and the backyard! It is a large property so feel free to explore! Only guests listed on the reservation may be on the property. We do offer event rentals under our other Intown Dream listing. Separate fees apply. Other things to note · · • Check-in is at 4 p.m. ET or later. A reserved early check-ins between noon and 4 p.m. can be reserved, as available in advance, for $150. Super early check-ins between 7 a.m. and noon are $300. • Check-out is at 11 a.m. ET. A late checkout can be reserved for $60/hour. • Street parking is available to guests 24/7. It is free and available. There is also a small driveway for the house. • You will need to carry your luggage up the path to the home and up three steps. Those staying in the Master Suite will need to carry their luggage up a second staircase. • Congratulations! You found it! This happens to be the name of a very popular BBQ restaurant that you can walk to. • After booking your stay, you will add guests in your travel group to the reservation. They will be able to join the Airbnb message thread. We only give out check-in instructions via Airbnb messages, so make sure your group is included on the reservation. Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address.
