The space ——301—— - 17m² - 1 Tatami Bed(custom design, sleeps 2-3 people) - A Sofa Bed - A/C - WIFI - Private Toilet and Bathroom - TV - Hairdryer - Shampoo/Conditioner/Shower Gel/Toothbrush/Toothpaste (Limited Supply During the Pandemic) - Towel ——Shared Area & Amenities—— - Elevator - Kitchen (includes: Microwave/Refrigerator/Kettle/Electric Cooker/Cookware for simple cooking) - Balcony - Washing Machine - Luggage Deposit Area (There is a luggage deposit area in the building, and you are free to leave your stuff there if you need it. Please notice that we assume no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings) Guest access Room 301 is yours. Guests also have access to the shared kitchen on the third floor and the balcony on the top floor. Other things to note Kindly Notice 1. In the event of any contents being lost or damage to fittings and fixtures during your stay, through any act or omission by yourselves or any of your visitors, costs for repairing such damage will be charged. 2. QUIET HOURS: 10:00 p.m. to 9 a.m. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, feel free to contact us immediately. Computers, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level after 10:00 p.m. 3. Smoking is not permitted. Please do not smoke in bed or in any place where smoking presents a fire hazard. 4. We assume no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. 5. Rubbish should be placed in the bins provided according to the instructions. 6. Please leave the shared kitchen in a tidy condition after use. 7. Please do not leave your personal stuff in the shared area. 8. Please switch off the power of the electricity when not using. 9. Please do not put your luggage on the Tatami bed. 10. Please do not bring your pets along. 11. Early check-in is offered based on availability. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 12. Room rental period expires at 11:00 a.m. If you require a later check-out, please contact us prior to the day of your departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply for late check-out. 13. Please do not throw anything except toilet paper into the toilet. If the toilet is clogged because you flush the wrong stuff, costs for repairing such damage will be charged. 14. Please do not dye your hair when you are staying with us. If the dye stains on bed linens, towels, etc. are unremovable, costs for repairing such damage will be charged. 15.
