Quirky family home, three annexes + hot tub

A comfortable 4 bedroom home, plus three self-contained annexes, set in a beautiful garden backing on to a wild flower meadow you can access. This is our family home, plus our three holiday lets all as one package. Great for a family gathering, or other civilised celebration. The space It's a much loved family home, filled with art, plants, books and toys. We really enjoy making welcoming spaces for our family and our guests to enjoy. As it's our only home you will find some of our personal possessions stored there, as well as family photos on the walls - we will be staying in our yurt on the field, or visiting friends and family when you stay. By staying with us you are not worsening the housing crisis by removing a house from the market. Guest access You get the whole house, three annexes, garden and free usage of our wood-fired hot tub at the edge of the field (dependent on booking and availability). The field and hot tub area is not available to guests between 9pm and 7am. During the summer months the field is also used as a campsite. Other things to note It's really our home so we do keep our personal possessions here, it's not like a sterile holiday home, but a much loved and lived in family home filled with love, fun and colour. The area is very quiet and peaceful so we request that all outdoor activity ceases by 9pm, and that there is are no speakers or amplified music at any time, to preserve the feel and peace of the community. We use natural bedding and cushions, and are unable to provide alternatives - you are welcome to bring your own if required. We are a working smallholding and busy family home, we try very hard to keep everything looking at it's best, but ask for your patience if we fall short - just let us know and we will make every effort to fix it for you. We welcome well behaved dogs that are not allowed onto furniture. If your dog leaves excess hair you can use our vacuum cleaner. We have chickens, cats, dogs and children as well as other dogs belonging to friends and guests so it is important that your dog can cope with this. Dogs must be kept on lead in the garden and field areas - there may be loose poultry, sheep or goats. During longer bookings we might need to access the gardens for watering or maintenance but we will try to do this at times convenient to guests. The bridge crossing to the hot tub and field has no railings and a steep drop into water, great care should taken when crossing and children should be carefully supervised. The field should be considered a working farm area; working tractors and livestock may be present - it is essential that all animals and children are closely supervised. During the summer months we stay in our yurt on the field and sometimes run a pop-up campsite and kitchen.
