Newly renovated this spacious, comfortable and stylish holiday home is centrally located in Porthcawl for easy access to attractions. These include golf courses, surf schools, pony trekking, McArthur Glenn shopping outlet, Kenfig Nature Reserve and Margam Park plus an array of places to eat and drink in the town. Porthcawl is also a great place from which to explore South Wales - from the stunning Brecon Beacons to the bustle of Cardiff. Note parties are NOT PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. The space The house is bright and comfortable, with three large double bedrooms on the first floor and a small double sofa bed in the living room downstairs. There are two bathrooms, a large living room and a sunny kitchen/diner. The south facing garden is a great spot for all-day sun. There is a carport with space for one small car for guest use to the rear of the house and on-street parking is free locally. Note, whilst we have a travel cot and high chair available for guest use, guests should bring their own bedding for infants. Guest access All of the house can be accessed except for the loft room.
