Gorgeous self-contained studio in Hertfordshire

Come and enjoy our unique self-contained Studio attached to our house. It is a quiet and peaceful spot, ideal for rest and recuperation or to explore the surrounding rural areas and Chilterns AONB. It is a fully self-contained basement apartment, its open plan with a lounge area, dining area, bedroom with its own en suite shower room. It has its own entrance way down a terraced flower bed, and has a small private patio with table and chairs which is yours to use at your leisure. The space We have recently built the house, its a striking eco-home with renewable energy and heating within roughly an acre of garden. The studio is in the basement of the house, meaning its lovely and cool in the summer (the best spot in the house!) and in the winter the thick walls and triple glazing along with the renewable heating keep you nice and toasty. The Studio is connected to our house through a locked interconnecting door. Guest access You will have full access to The Studio basement room, as well as a private patio area outside your access door. There is ample parking and you are welcome to take a stroll round our garden and say hello to the chickens ☺️ Other things to note Its an ideal spot for those that love to be outdoors walking. There is a footpath straight out of the gate, which leads down into the valley and connects into a network that runs across Herts and Bucks. We are about 2 minutes drive to bovingdon film studios. The nearest pub is a 25 minute walk down that footpath, there are actually two located on the same green and we would be happy to provide you with directions. If you fancy venturing a little further, the local market town of Chesham boasts coffee shops, local breweries and shops with all sorts of local produce. Market days are Wednesday and Saturday. We are dog friendly and can accommodate one dog down in the studio. We only ask that your dog is house trained and friendly as we have two small sociable spaniels named Fin and Larry who roam around, we also have chickens in the garden.
