The Quinsea - Kismet Bayfront Beach House + Studio

Come enjoy our relaxing Beach Getaway with a Pool, 1.5 hours from NYC. This is a quintessential fire island beach house that sleeps 10 comfortably - 4 BR/2 BA & a private Studio Apt w/ 1 BA - perfect for families or adult groups. 2 blocks to the beach & a short walk to the Ferry. This house comes w/ the beach basics - a few beach chairs, bikes, beach and bath towels, a grill, 2 outdoor showers, and more! **1 Wk Min in season, Friday check-in/out, however mid-week rentals avail upon request** The space **Our house was recently renovated - this includes brand new bathrooms, hardwood floors, kitchen counters, new decks, AC, and pool - photos will be updated in April when we open for the season** This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a private studio apartment with a full bathroom and kitchenette on the second floor of the home. The main house has a full kitchen and open living room with floor to ceiling windows complete with a bay view. There is a large outdoor deck with a built-in seating area perfect for entertaining, lounge chairs for sunbathing, and a grill for summer BBQ’ing. Kismet is a laid back beach town and this is your typical fire island beach house, not a luxury resort, we have done our best to provide everything you need for a relaxing and fun stay in Kismet. We consider this our home, so it’s stocked with the beach basics like towels, bikes, a grill, etc. but we also keep some personal items in the home - which we try to keep out of our renters way and give you plenty of space for your belongings. Guest access Guests will have full access to the home and studio apartment. Other things to note Check-out more details about our house on ig @thequinsea To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial supply of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) and toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc.) along with a few extras under each bathroom sink and in the laundry room as well as an initial propane tank for the grill. This may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies. In addition to the above, the house is stocked with the “beach basics” - bikes, beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, and kitchen supplies (pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc.). If you have specific needs, please reach out to us to confirm if we have or if you should plan to bring on your own. Additionally, if you have any problems during your stay - we will work to get someone out to the house ASAP to resolve the problem/fix anything needed. This is fire island so things do move on "island time" - as New Yorkers we understand the urgency and will do our best to expedite as best we can!
