Welcome to the Lake House on Lakeshore! Located in Sundridge, on Lake Bernard, nestled among trees and nearby trails, enjoy all of the comforts of home while escaping the city. Featuring 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining and all of the essentials. Experience breathtaking lakeside views, a gently sloped yard, and a private beach area with level entry into the lake. The sunsets will also not disappoint! A truly enjoyable stay in every season. The space We have five bedrooms and two full washrooms which makes for a comfortable stay for larger groups or multiple families. Enjoy every season at the lake house! During the warmer months, there is central air conditioning to keep you cool. The outdoor space includes a patio with a BBQ and a patio dining set with wrap around bench seating. A hammock, trampoline and two paddle boards are subject to seasonal availability for you to use, at your own risk. The gently sloped yard leads to the shallow, sandy, Lake Bernard, which makes it the perfect destination for families with children of all ages. Find all of the essentials needed for young families. Pack lighter knowing that a pack & play, highchair, plastic plates & utensils, cups with lids and a variety of indoor and outdoor toys are all available for you to use. Head to the lake for a refreshing swim, or use one of the paddle boards to paddle around the lakefront. It is clear and clean of rocks and weeds with a white sandy bottom. It is also great fishing in all seasons! Drive 5 minutes into the village of Sundridge for groceries, cafes and a variety of food trucks and new restaurants. ATV trails, the Lion's Park and the Ridge Golf course are some other fun things to enjoy nearby! Huntsville is also only a 35 minute drive away for even more variety of shops and restaurants. Live music and events are also common occurrences. A strong WIFI signal is accessible anywhere on the property. The lake house is also equipped with all of the essentials needed to enjoy your stay, including bedding, pillows and toiletries, and additional items can be provided where necessary with prior arrangement to your stay. The garage and behind the locked door in the basement are the only spaces off limits. Other things to note The tap water is tested yearly and is safe to drink, but there is also a water cooler dispenser available for use during your stay. While we try to ensure that there is a full jug available for each guest's stay, it is not guaranteed. The water jugs can be filled or purchased at the local grocery store (5 minutes away) for $3.99. A bundle of firewood is provided for your stay, however, should you require more, extra bundles can be purchased from a nearby neighbour for $5.00. All bedding, pillows, hand towels and kitchen towels are provided, however bath towels and beach towels are not provided. Guests are responsible to BRING THEIR OWN TOWELS. If you should require bath towels for your stay, due to air travel, please arrange with us beforehand, so we can prepare some for you. Guests are responsible for all of their garbage removal at the end of their stay. The local dump is a 5 minute drive away and accessible with the dump card for the property is provided. Please return the dump card to the hook after use.
