Cozy lakeside bungalow (No. 23)

Welcome to our homey, well-equipped bungalow in the middle of the nature reserve on Lake Neuchâtel. Perfect space for swimming holidays/water sports, hikes, bike tours and to discover the beautiful 3 lakes region. The harbor area with sandy beach can be reached after a 5-minute walk. There is also a shopping, a restaurant and a bus station (Gletterens, lac) on the premises. Enjoy your holidays on the Caribbean of Switzerland! The space A living room with dining area and a pellet stove awaits you, with which it gets cuddly warm even outside the summer season. There are 5 sleeping accommodations: a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 - 2 mattresses of 90cm each) and a bedroom equipped with a bunk bed (90x200 each) and a single bed (90x200). Shower/toilet. In the kitchen with electric stove and oven, a Nespresso machine is available. There is a washing machine in the storage room on the outside of the property next door, which may be used. High chair and baby cot are available for free on request. Stand Up Paddles can also be used free of charge. In the seating area with BBQ and in the cozy garden you can spend relaxing hours. The listing is particularly suitable for holidays up to 5 persons or for families with up to three children. Guest access Parking space is available for free at the house. Since we are not always on site ourselves, check-in is done independently (key box). Other things to note We also rent the two neighboring houses via Airbnb (listings "Campingfeeling near the lake (no. 25) and "Cozy bungalow near the lake (no. 27)). If needed and subject to availability, up to three listings can be booked side by side. Accordingly, the stand up paddles and the washing machine are intended for common use for all properties.
