Wake up in the heart of Split’s Old Town - Diocletian’s Palace is around the corner and the Riva’s calling your name! Surrounded by bars and restaurants, this stylish room offers full privacy with a private entrance, smart digital lock, and private bathroom. The space Our house is part of Split’s living history - over 500 years old and nestled right in the beating heart of the Old Town. We completely renovated it just three years ago, keeping its authentic soul but giving it a fresh, modern glow. We like to call it “The Bell Tower” thanks to its tall, narrow shape and those classic winding stairs. Your room is on the third floor of our four-level home. There is rental apartment on first floor, and each upper floor has just two private guest rooms- meaning you'll have your own peaceful space to return to after a day of wandering the cobbled streets. Inside your room, you’ll find everything to make your stay super comfortable and fuss-free: ✔ A comfy king-size bed with crisp linens and fluffy pillows that practically hug you goodnight ✔ A private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and towel warmer (yes, toasty towels after every shower!) ✔ Air conditioning to keep things fresh, even in the Split summer sun ✔ A Smart TV so you can wind down with your favorite Netflix series after exploring ✔ A mini fridge for keeping your drinks perfectly chilled ✔ A hot kettle so you can make a cup of tea, coffee, or whatever makes you feel at home ✔ High-speed WiFi so you can stay connected - or share that dreamy breakfast photo from Prokurative square 😉 As for the view - like most buildings inside the palace walls, you’ll be peeking at charming rooftops and neighboring stone homes, full of character and that Old Town magic. It’s not the sea view, but it’s the real deal - the kind of place where locals chat from window to window. This space is made for travelers who want to feel like they’re part of the city, not just passing through. Whether you're here for a romantic getaway, a history-fueled adventure, or a sunny city break, we’ve made sure your room has everything you need to feel at home in Split. Guest access You’ll have full and private access to your room - no sharing, no interruptions. Come and go as you please with your own entrance and a digital code (no key juggling here!). Once you step inside, it’s your space to relax, recharge, and truly feel at home. Buuut, if technology decides to play tricks on us (you know how it goes...), we’ve got backup keys ready to save the day. No lockouts on our watch! During your stay We’ve created a super helpful Guide App just for our guests - once you book, you’ll get instant access! It includes everything from detailed self check-in instructions and short video walkthroughs, to our handpicked local recommendations for Split, nearby beaches, day trips, restaurants.. Although we run a smooth self check-in system and don’t have a reception desk, we know some guests love a personal welcome. If you’d prefer to meet us in person when you arrive, just let us know in advance - we’ll be happy to greet you and show you around! Other things to note To reach your room, you’ll head up our narrow, winding staircase - just like many old stone homes in Split. It’s a bit of a climb (we won’t lie!), but it’s all part of the authentic Old Town experience. There’s no fancy view waiting at the top - just your own private, peaceful room tucked inside a home that's been standing for centuries.
