The special feature of this Provencal garden is its majestic stone fountain. The house consists of a living room of about 90 m², a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. The sleeping area on the 1st floor includes 1 master bedroom with bathroom and its private toilet, and 2 bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom and toilet. The space When you pass the front door, you enter a living room of nearly 90 m², bathed in light thanks to its many openings. There are plenty of spaces with different functions: entrance, living room, dining room, TV - reading room, fully equipped modern kitchen and a separate toilet with a hand wash. Through the stone staircase you will access the night area, with three beautiful bedrooms equipped with many storage closets, all different and tastefully and elegantly furnished. The furniture and decorative objects are carefully chosen by Magali, who loves to hunt in the flea markets and garage sales nearby and in the most secret decoration shops. On one side of the hallway, the independent master bedroom (25 m2) with its large dressing room has double exposure (East-West); the bed is a king size (180 X 200). The bathroom and toilet are private. On the other side of the hallway, two bedrooms (15 and 18 m2) share a bathroom and the toilets are separate. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (140 x 190), the other bedroom has the possibility of having a king size bed (180 x 200) or 2 separate beds (90 x 200). Both have large closets. The bathrooms are bathed in daylight thanks to beautiful windows. They have ultra-modern and high-end comfort while keeping the Provençal charm. The garden is planted with beautiful Provençal trees, strewn with lavender beds and multiple Provençal essences that give it an irresistible charm. What makes this Provençal garden truly special is its majestic 5-meter-diameter stone fountain, treated as a swimming pool where young and old can swim and/or cool off, around which all the living spaces are orchestrated, juggling between sun and shade throughout the day. At aperitif time, you can enjoy the pretty evening light sitting with your feet in the water, with a glass of Provence rosé! This garden offers you a terrace for your meals, a lawn area in the shade of the cypresses and a place to relax or work at the bottom of the garden. A barbecue-plancha corner is protected by an awning for lunch out of the sun. Other things to note Magali is a passionate producer of olive oil in Mouriès, the 1st olive-growing commune in France: she can give you a tour of her olive grove and a tasting of the famous "Lancelier en Provence" olive oil, PDO of the Vallée des Baux de Provence.
