But if you book both, the common areas are exclusively for your use. There are only 2 guest flats in the complex, so the pool doesn't fill up with people you don't know. The last 200 meters before the entrance are on an unpaved road, typical of the area and easily accessible. Other things to note Cleaning: The apartment is handed over freshly cleaned and stocked with basic toiletries (shampoo and soap). It does not include housekeeping during the stay. The space is completely yours to enjoy in privacy. Services not available: We do not have a washer or dryer for guest use. Safety: For your peace of mind, we have security cameras in outdoor common areas (entrance, parking and garden). The interior of the apartment is completely private. Structure of the complex: The building has 5 private apartments in total. Only 2 are for vacation rentals. The others are permanent residences, and they do not have access to the common areas, which gives them a greater sense of privacy.
