House near Nantes, ideal for families

We rent our 3* architect-designed house, located in the woods of the Château de La Pervenchère. Surrounded by trees and fields, this accommodation offers a relaxing stay for families. We are a 5-minute drive from the free parking lot of the Sucé sur Erdre train-tram station (20 minutes from the center of Nantes). Close to the Erdre, we have direct access to many bike paths and hiking trails (the Nantes to Brest canal, the Vélodyssée) Minimum rental of 7 nights. The space Our single-story house includes a living room with a large sofa, living room, equipped kitchen, toilet, laundry room (with washing machine, dryer, freezer), a master suite with its bathroom and toilet, 2 bedrooms with a connecting shower room. Books, pencils and board games that our children wanted to leave available will be usable. Large garden (nearly 1000 m2) with a terrace (over 80 m2) with double exposure and 2 dining areas. Many outdoor games: soccer goal, badminton net and rackets, ping pong table, balls, hammocks... Guest access Carport for car Single-storey house without any steps: Living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. For your comfort and to free up space in the cupboards, the office space, the master bedroom dressing room and the outdoor storage huts will not be accessible. Accessible to some people with reduced mobility, contact the owner for any questions. Other things to note Our cat lives on the premises. She is very nice, we just ask you to feed her (dry food provided by us) and she will appreciate your petting. Linens (tea towels, hand towels) are available. King and queen size bed linens are available upon request. Bath towels are not provided. Gift basket offered for stays of 15 days or more.
