Charming large lake house with private marina

A new house in a beautiful garden on Lake Steklin, with a private jetty, is a unique place to stay with family or friends. A huge terrace, a fully equipped new kitchen, a spacious living room, two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms make this place perfect for 6-8 people. Bikes, kayaks, and a boat are included. Additionally, Guests pay for used electricity in the house by meter. It is perfectly quiet, as it is 360 meters to the nearest buildings. Pet-friendly space (fenced). Price depends on the number of people. The space The house consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs (one has two large beds) and a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom downstairs. In the living room, the corner sofa unfolds into a double bed. A spiral staircase leads upstairs (not all pets will enter). The living room opens onto a huge terrace with a seating area for 8 people. There is also a large garden bed for sunbathing and a barbecue. Guest access Guests rent the house, garden and jetty exclusively. The nearest neighborhood is over 400 m away and invisible from the property. The pier is reached through a grove of about 50 m, quite a steep, picturesque slope. Other things to note The hosts have prepared a contract that they sign with the guests, which includes detailed house rules and a list of house amenities. Guests receive them for review and acceptance before arrival. Mandatory refundable deposit (security deposit) of PLN 500 to 1000, depending on the length of stay. We charge for electricity consumption on site, in cash, as indicated by the meter.
