Spacious private ensuite room in Bournville

Private, spacious and comfortable room with ensuite bathroom situated on the top floor of our family house. Note that check-in is from 6pm week days. Parking is free on our road, however it can be a very busy area, we cannot guarantee parking outside the house. For public transport: - Bus 11 is right outside our house - 12 mins walk to Bournville train station, - 18 mins walk to Cadbury World, - 8 mins walk to local shops and buses to Birmingham city centre (45, 47) The space Located in our family home, the bedroom takes up the whole top floor of our Edwardian house. With its own en suite bathroom, central heating and wide landscape view onto the garden and the University tower, the room has everything you will need for a comfortable short stay. Great for couples with or without a child, solo adventurers and business travellers. Comfy king size bed with cotton sheets & towels. An extra bed is available, and is perfect for a child to sleep on. There is a quiet space with a desk in the room if you need to work. Included in the room is also a fridge, microwave, kettle, teas, coffee, and an iron with an ironing board. Access to WIFI, TV with DVD player and Netflix. Guest access We like to give our guests privacy. The host is always available if needed and happy to answer any questions about the accommodation and area. PLEASE NOTE - We are a working family with children. The downstairs area is not for guests, however feel free to come down if you need anything. Basic eating and drinking utensils are available on request. Other things to note No smoking in the bedroom or any part of the house. We have a very shy cat who loves to look for a lovely comfy bed to sleep on at night, so you might want to keep your door locked if you do not want any uninvited furry creature.
