Check in Time is approx time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee. The home is equipped with Smart TV's. No cable is provided. Property is located on a dirt road. Please be aware that if you are checking in at night, the road is dark and does not have the best lighting. Property does have a gate. Door code and gate code will be provided the morning of check in. The home is routinely serviced by pest control. However, this home is located in a rural area and occasional outdoor insects make an indoor appearance. If police are called to the property for any disturbance, a $500 fee will be assessed and guests will be required to vacate the property with no refund.
