My home is a small 1200 sq ft. townhome. Newly renovated and all new appliances. The only "shared wall" is part of the garage. The house itself does NOT share any walls with the neighbor. It has a living area, dining, area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a two car garage, a driveway, a small fenced in back yard. Located just 3 minutes from highway i-55. My home is 32 miles from Midway Airport and 39 miles from O'Hare International Airport. The Joliet train station is a 15-20 minute drive across town. The space My home is a cozy, clean space in a safe, quiet subdivision. Guest access Bedroom 1- dresser access (walk-in closet is off limits to guests) Bedroom 2- closet access Garage access is permitted (2 cars) Other things to note **Garbage and Recycling come on Monday mornings. It is very much appreciated if guests could take the bins out to the curb. **The far right outlet by the front door must be switched on for the TV outlet to have power. **For Netflix, simply click the “Netflix” button and select the “Guest” profile.
