Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Sit on the screened in porch and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature while you enjoy a beverage. Visit the Downtown Mall, Monticello, a Winery, a Brewery, or UVA (20 min). Enjoy a dip in the pool (JUN-AUG) or relax by the firepit - perhaps joined by a Great Pyrenees for cocktails. Feel like staying in - SmartTVs with YouTubeTV (which includes local channels) and Gig-speed Internet await. Easy checkout. No cleaning fee. The space This space is very unique. The guest house includes a full kitchen, a cozy area to watch tv that includes a daybed, one bedroom with a queen bed and one bathroom with a large separate shower area. There is a wrap around screened porch that overlooks the property to include the pool and barn. Guest access You will have access to the entire guest house to include screened porch, the pool when open (June-August) , and the fenced in area at end of driveway. We ask that you do not enter the barn area /pasture without one of us present. Other things to note In addition to being a small oasis in the woods, we are a small horse farm, so there are days with lots of activity mixed with others with not so much. If you would like to meet Socialista and Maya (horses) or feed the koi fish (APR-OCT), please let us know so that we can coordinate a date/time. Our chickens provide fresh eggs daily. How many would you like? Fair warning, we do not wash them. If you see something in the garden that you would like, please let us know so that we can arrange a harvesting session! Our capacity is 3 and we will charge $100 per person per night for exceeding 3 guests. Please do not turn off or unplug the router which is located behind the TV in the living room.
