A simple home, comfortable, peaceful and well located. In a 10-minute walk you get to the city's commercial center. It's close to a supermarket, pharmacies, shopping, cinema, and restaurants. Guest access The access is unique in the condominium. The guest needs to communicate the expected arrival time. The shared rooms in the house are: TV room, balcony, kitchen with stove, utensils, pots and pans and refrigerator. The food the guest wants to consume can be stored in the refrigerator. The bathroom is shared with only one person. During your stay I'm available to chat. I enjoy meeting people and their stories. Other things to note The house is individual, installed within a small condominium. The criterion for the harmony of the place is to avoid excessive noise, especially between 10 pm and 8 am.
