Located in Ryogoku area allowing for easy access to Kuramae (Asakusa), Akihabara, Shinjuku, and other places you would love to go. WiFi access provided during your stay. The space Bedding is provided in the form of two double beds and two Japanese-style futons. Basic kitchen utensils are provided so you can cook at your leisure. The living room is spacious enough for 6 people, and the bathroom is newly renovated. Smoking is not allowed in the building (including the balcony) or in the surrounding area. 〇Facilities and Amenities Please refer to the Amenities section. 〇Check-in Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of check-in. Luggage storage is available from 12:00 noon on the day of check-in. Early check-in is not available, but may be possible depending on the timing of cleaning. 〇Check-out Check-out time is until 11:00 am. Late check-out and luggage storage after check-out are not available due to the need to prepare the room for the next guest. In addition, an additional fee will be charged for unauthorized late check-out. 〇Towel set One set of towels (1 bath towel and 1 face towel) will be provided per person during your stay. 〇Other Amenities Toothbrushes, condiments, etc. will not be provided during your stay. 〇About Garbage Please separate trash for recycling and place it on the property. Trash from the vacation rental is classified as commercial trash and must be picked up by an authorized vendor after your stay. If you wish to have your trash picked up during your stay, please contact us separately. (Please note that the garbage may not be collected at the requested time due to the schedule of the garbage collector.) 〇About visitors We do not allow visitors without a reservation. Please be sure to indicate at the time of booking if anyone will be visiting during your stay, even for a short period of time. 〇Regarding damage and contamination In the event of damage, contamination, or loss of buildings, articles, or household goods, you may be asked to pay a substantial amount of money for the damage or loss. Guest access The entrance to the rooftop on the third floor, the loft in the living room, and the storage room in the main bedroom are off limits. Other things to note 【About Smoking】 Smoking is strictly prohibited at and around this property. If we find you have violated this rule, you will be fined 10,000 yen. 【About Noise】 This home is located in a very quiet and residential area. Please be careful of your noise levels, especially at night. 【About Neighbour】 There are many houses in the area, but please DO NOT ring the doorbells of nearby houses. We do not want to disturb the neighbors. If you cannot find the property, please give us a call. 【The rules of shorten of stay】 ・If it is within 48 hours after reservation is confirmed and more than one week before check-in. →Acceptable. You will not be charged for the shorten stay. ・If it is less than one week before check-in. →Acceptable, however half the amount of the shorten stay will be charged. 【The requests by the Japanese law】 According to the New Law on Hotels and Vacation rental Apartments applied on June 15, 2018, The following information about all the guests staying in private residence need to be submitted. • Name, address, occupation, nationality, passport number of all the guests • A clear picture of the passport. • A picture of the guest's face holding his own passport (for identity verification) Note: If you do not provide the above required information, according to the law, you will have the possibility that your reservation or stay will be refused.
