My home is located very close to the PBI Airport and also minutes away from the beautiful Florida Atlantic coast! Centrally located to everything you need. The Palm beaches are a playground for every traveler, budget, and interests. Come stay with us and explore what south Florida has to offer! Upon entering the home, you will find a nice spacious living room with hardwood floors that flows easily into the kitchen. The bedrooms both offer comfortable queen beds. The master bedroom has closet space, while the second room contains a desk. The laundry room is located off the kitchen for your washing and drying needs. While the backyard is still a work in progress, this area is accessible to guests. Guests will have access to the entirety of the property, with the exception of the studio apartment and shed located in the backyard. Guests will have sole use of the driveway during their stay. Mainly contactless but close for emergencies This home is in a lively area. Sitting behind the very popular Southdale Shopping center, the neighborhood is vibrant with local elders gathering outside to enjoy an evening chat, providing a family atmosphere. Conveniently located between Interstate 95, Southern Blvd, & Dixie Highway (US Highway 1), its easy to get around the area! Having a vehicle is the most ideal way to get around. You can walk across the street to a grocery store, gas station, and mini local shops. Parking is easy and convenient on the property. The driveway will fit two cars comfortably. Street parking is allowed in front of the house. Safety is my number one priority! With that in mind, this structure does have stair-entry for both the front and rear entrances. So please watch your step! The property boasts the classic Floridian coconut palm trees! While the coconuts are always fun for visitors and vacation photos, the coconuts will fall to the ground! With that in mind, please exercise caution when within range of the coconuts.
