Welcome to a spacious getaway in Forest Lake! Relax with the whole family or a group of friends, at this peaceful and cosy home! Situated close to major south-west localities and approx. 1 hour drive from spectacular natural wonders in Greater Brisbane, this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is the perfect place to rest and recuperate. It comes with full amenities. Longer stays of up to 1-2 months are encouraged. Guests must bear the costs of excess use of utilities during longer stays. Guest access House is fully accessible for all guests. Accessibility: There is ground-floor bedroom (2 beds) that is suitable for guests who may have mobility concerns. Other things to note CONDITIONS: - minimum 3 nights booking - number of authorised guests, including children or infants is ten (10). - if 10 guests are booked in (maximum capacity), bed orientation must be communicated to the host before check-in. - Lost items: There are keys and remotes which are provided during check-in and are necessary to un/lock the home. If these items are lost, the guest will have to cover the cost of replacement. - This home has external security cameras for the safety of the property & guests. While the cameras are active, footage is only accessed in cases where there are security breaches to our property (e.g. break-ins, noise disruptions, etc.) - The guest limit for this AirBnB is 10 guests maximum. In extenuating circumstances where bookings have more than 10 guests, an extra charge per guest per night applies. The number of additional guests MUST be communicated to hosts before check in; and extra charges will be calculated proportionately based on booking rates.
