The cottage is located in the village of Chřešťovice, about 150m from the blind arm of the river and about 300m from the Orlík water reservoir and offers a pleasant stay for a quiet holiday for a family with children or a fisherman. The cottage is located in a well-maintained garden, in the immediate vicinity of the forest and water. You'll be surrounded by nature. The cottage offers accommodation for 5 people (max. 3 adults + 2 children), for children there is a hammock in the garden, a badminton and volleyball court including a net, rackets, etc. The space On the ground floor there is a living room with a sitting area and a fireplace, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped: kettle, fridge, small electric oven, induction double hot plate, sink, dishes, cutlery. There's a TV/SAT in the living room. Up the stairs to the attic, where there are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 single beds + an extra bed as an extra bed. The second bedroom has 1 double bed + extra bed as an extra bed. A baby cot is available by prior arrangement. The cottage is heated by a fireplace, wood consumption is included in the price. Parking by the house. The cottage is close to the forest, there is no WIFI. In the unfenced garden there is a seating area, barbecue, fireplace, parasol, garden shower, hammock and a badminton and volleyball court (including a net and everything you need). The nearest restaurant is 1.5 km away. Guest access In the vicinity of the cottage you will find plenty of leisure activities - swimming, fishing, water sports, walking, cycling and mushroom picking in the local forests. It is possible to go to the historical town of Písek, Český Krumlov, Zvíkov Castle, etc. Other things to note Surcharges on site: recreation fee (25 CZK/person/day) refundable deposit (CZK 3,000) Energy consumption and linen are included in the price. Final cleaning is carried out by guests at check-out so that they hand over the cottage in the condition in which they took it over at the beginning of the stay. Unfinished cleaning will be deducted from the deposit at a price of CZK 500.
