The space This spacious and beautiful 2 bed 2 bath lodge is set within the most breathtaking scenery, directly overlooking whitley bay beach and lighthouse. The lodge is wheelchair accessible and their are 2 private, free of charge parking spaces located right outside of the entrance gate to the lodge. The lodge is located within a holiday park with several amemnities available to use which are open seasonally, March through to October, the amenities consist of a communal indoor heated swimming pool, large outdoor play park, bar/restaurant, arcade and daily adult/children entertainment. The location of the holiday park is ideal as it is only a very short walk away from sandy beaches, Whitley Bay lighthouse and Whitley Bay golf course. The space: There is a large outdoor patio with garden furniture for guests to sit back and relax, enjoy the tranquility and take in the stunning view. During the colder months you can choose to stay indoors in the cosy living area and enjoy the same view from the comfort of 2 large reclining sofas. The lodge boasts a large open plan living, kitchen and dining area with panoramic views of the sea, lighthouse and surrounding scenery. The open plan living is perfect for entertaining, relaxing and just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere the lodge naturally has to offer. With 2 extremely comfortable reclining sofas, large smart TV equipped with SKY and an electric fireplace for the colder months, large floor to ceiling sliding doors which lead out onto the patio with a full sea view, the living area feels like a cosy beach house, a home away from home. The dining space is overlooked by a large floor to ceiling length window meaning you can tuck into delicious food whilst again enjoying those breathtaking views. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a fridge freezer dishwasher, gas oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. To the back of the lodge is the master double bedroom which comes with a large walk in closet and ensuite shower room with a toliet and sink. Luxury Egyptian cotton bedding, hotel quality pillows and duvet ensure that guests will have an unbelievably comfortable experience during their stay here. Also to the back is a spacious twin room which like the master bedroom also has a large walk in closet and luxurious egyptian cotton bedding to ensure the outstanding level of comfort is not just limited to the master suite. Finally there is a spacious, light and airy main bathroom with a full size bath and overhead shower. High quality soft towels will be provided by us. Guest access Guests have full access to the entirety of the property. The keys to the lodge are accessible via a secure key safe, all details of this including directions to the lodge will be provided shortly before your arrival date Other things to note Pets are most welcome at no extra cost but please be mindful of letting them onto the furniture and beds etc as you will be liable for any damages.
