Other things to note **Important Information for Your Stay** Please be aware that coyotes are present in the area. Unfortunately, my own dog and cat have fallen victim to them, so it is not safe for any pets. Many residents in the neighborhood have experienced similar losses. I encourage you to ask any questions before booking, as no refunds will be issued for buyer’s remorse or unsubstantiated reasons. By choosing to book, you are agreeing to my house rules. I’ve recently experienced three cancellations, so please only book if you are serious about your stay. **Service Animals**: Due to safety concerns regarding coyotes stalking and harming pets, this listing cannot accommodate service animals. **Noise Considerations**: Please note that you may hear coyotes howling at night, as well as gardeners on various days. Trash pickup occurs every Thursday. **Recycling Information**: - **Blue Can**: For plastic, glass, and cardboard. - **Green Can**: For grass, yard debris, and paper bags containing raw food. - **Grey Can**: For all other trash (ensure the lid closes). **Wi-Fi**: The only available provider in this remote area is COX, which operates approximately 95% of the time; however, occasional outages may occur.
