Carrying water (water point in the yard - fresh spring water) Downstairs: Kitchen, dining area and a fold-out sofa bed. The air heat pump ensures a comfortable temperature downstairs. Kitchen equipment: stove, oven, micro fridge, chest freezer, toaster, coffee and kettle. Upstairs: 2 x 80 cm frame mattresses (can be placed as a double bed or separately). 120 cm mattress and 80 cm guest bed (hetekka with thick mattress). TV. Steep but still easy to access stairs to the upper floor (no gate). Note! The upstairs does not cool down with the air heat pump, so it may be warmer upstairs, possibility of a draft through the windows. Sauna: Dressing room. Sauna with wood stove. No shower, the washing water is heated in the water tank connected to the stove. Summer kitchen: In a fully covered summer kitchen, you can cook in any weather. Large dining table. Equipment: gas grill, fridge and stove. Outdoor toilet: Separate outdoor toilet. Note! No water toilet. The large terrace connects the sauna and the summer kitchen. The lawn area has plenty of room for yard games. Pets are agreed separately.
