The space This delightful spacious apartment sleeps 2 people comfortably. The bed is a super comfy Kingsize bed. The bedroom also has the benefit of a bedroom window with extra light and air - few apartments have this addition. Caswell Views is situated in the popular Redcliffe Apartments, right beside Caswell Bay beach which boasts Blue Flag excellence status. It has a balcony with fabulous uninterrupted views of the bay. There is direct private access to the beach. Outside balcony with table and chairs. NO CHILDREN OR INFANTS NO PETS ALLOWED! NO SMOKING AT ALL! Guest access Redcliffe has introduced a parking system to deter unauthorised parking run by a private car parking firm - consequently we require car registration, make,model and colour prior to arrival generally within 7 days before check in as it is compulsory or a fine/parking ticket issued! Accessed via steps from the private road into entrance porch and corridor access to apartment front door - check in from 4pm Other things to note Security cameras are in all public areas No Children Accepted!
