All rooms are equipped with independent radiators that can be adjusted through a temperature regulator. It is possible to access the property either from the "La Pinetina" park (in the avenue of the carabinieri) or from the exclusive avenue located on Via Duca Degli Abruzzi. Guest access Guests are welcomed by a trusted person of the owner who explains how to best manage the property during their stay. In exceptional cases, upon agreement with the guests, it will be possible to arrange a self check-in by collecting the keys at the indicated location. Other things to note For loading and unloading luggage, it is possible to access from Via Duca Degli Abruzzi up to the driveway that leads directly to the property.
