Hidden Valley is a family resort allowing for a peaceful and relaxing family getaway. If it is available, this unit is also available for a seasonal or 12 month lease with rates to negotiated with owner separately. The space It is a great mountain getaway in all seasons. The unit is not ski in/ski out, however, it has easy access to the top of the lifts or shuttle buses run regularly to take you to the lodge. Just call for bus pick up right at the parking lot out front. There is also on-site snow tubing, restaurants and bar at the ski lodge(seasonal). There is an 18 hole golf course, outdoor tennis courts, Trillium spa(during the winter season only by appointment only), and outdoor pools(summer), fishing lake and plenty of trails. The South Ridge outdoor community pool is easy walking distance from the unit and is available for summer use for no fee. The house offers 3 bedrooms with beds (King, Double, Bunk Bed with trundle, and a fold down sofa futon) for a maximum of 8. There is also a comfortable sofa on the first floor (if you need a 9th place to sleep) with plenty of floor space for extra bodies and sleeping bags. There are 2 ½ baths. Kitchen, family room and living room are combined into one wide open space for a fun family vacation. There are TVs in every room. In the Winter season only, the TV service has access to expanded cable channel service, internet and CD players with all TVs. Otherwise, bring your own video gaming or enjoy family fun playing games. Stoke up the fire and enjoy a weekend of skiing, playing games with family and friends and relaxing this winter. Seasonal and Long Term Tenants would be responsible for all utilities, cable, internet and condo fees. Hidden Valley is one of Pennsylvania's premier Four Seasons resorts.
