Private studio - pet friendly with full kitchen

Welcome to your private studio! We are PET FRIENDLY! We also feature a full kitchen, with refrigerator and working oven. Washer and dryer is available in the main house close to your unit. Nearby are DFW and DAL airports, AT&T Stadium, Toyota Music Factory, Irving Convention Center, University of Dallas, Six Flags, downtown, and more. Also enjoy the HUGE local park a 2min walk away featuring a disc-golf course. * Pets should not be left alone in the unit for extended periods of time. The space The unit is approximately 340 sq ft (about the size of 2.5 bedrooms) and can sleep 3. Includes the following: -Fully fenced backyard for pets to explore and get exercise. - Queen size bed. - Couch that unfolds to a full size bed. - Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and hygiene supplies. - Full kitchen with sink, dish rack, gas stove, oven, Keurig, water kettle, rice cooker, microwave, refrigerator, Brita filter pitcher, cookware, bowls, plates, cups, utensils, and more! - Dining table and stools. - Work desk. - Window A/C unit, ceiling fans, and standing fan. - Closet with ironing board, hangars, and clothing drawer space. * The unit is attached to the main house where where we live, but guests have a cozy private entrance and will most likely not see us. (We do love scheduling doggy playtime with our guests! ) Guest access Check-In @ 3:00 PM Check-Out @ 11:00 AM Guests can access the following: - Airbnb Unit - Backyard - Theater Room (part of main house and must schedule usage as well as use your own device to connect to the projector) - Washer / Dryer Unit (part of main house and must schedule usage) *Only those on the booking are allowed to enter the premises. Additional guests entering without my explicit permission are trespassing. The home is equipped with outdoor video surveillance for the protection of myself and guests. Other things to note Pets: - 2 pets stay for free (message me to ask about bringing more than 2). - Pets should not be left alone in the unit for extended periods of time. Exceptions are made for pets with travel experience and are quiet when left alone in unit. - Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. - Guests will be charged for any damages. * I have 2 dogs in the main house. They pass by the Airbnb door through a shared hallway to go potty in the backyard, but otherwise they do not have access to the Airbnb area.
