The space The house is located 652 meters above sea level, on the outskirts of the small and quiet town of Argençola, just 25 minutes from the city of Igualada, where you can find all kinds of shops, services and restaurants for all tastes. Thanks to its wide stone walls, the farmhouse stays cool in summer and well insulated throughout the year. Other things to note ✅ Important requirements and background information • For liability reasons and previous experience, for group stays (especially groups of friends), at least 4 responsible people must be over 26 years of age and sign the reservation contract. • You will be asked to sign a contract and accept the accommodation's rules of use. • To complete the registration of travelers, it will be necessary to provide the identity document of all the people staying, as well as their emails and contact phones. • A deposit will be requested, the amount of which may vary depending on the number of people and the spaces reserved (such as the multipurpose room). This deposit will be returned within 72 hours of check-out, provided the house is returned in the same condition. • The tourist tax is €1.75 per person per night and is payable in cash upon arrival (please bring the exact amount). ⏰ Early check-in / Late check-out If you wish to enter in the morning or at noon, or leave in the afternoon, it is essential to communicate this when booking.
