The Old Stable in Newtown Linford

A newly refurbished, spacious annex with a stylish open plan kitchen-living room, a huge master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Sofa beds for additional guests available upon request. Situated in the heart of Newtown Linford, a charming English village. The space Comfortably furnished accommodation with modern county cottage styling. The open plan kitchen area has a double fan assisted oven, gas hob, full sized integrated fridge freezer, microwave plus kettle and toaster. Steam iron and small ironing board is also available. The cosy living area provides a breakfast table and comfy sofa bed for extra guests. In the main bedroom there is a double bed, another sofa bed, dressing table/work desk and plenty of clothes storage space. The modern en-suite has a bath with shower attachment (please note this is not a separate shower, and there is a height restriction - see photos). Guest access Guests may check in after 2pm, but no later than 9 pm on arrival date. We ask that you vacate your accommodation by 10am on day of departure. Other things to note The Old Stable is a private self contained annex set within the grounds of our Grade II listed thatch cottage. As hosts we will always be on hand to make sure you have a relaxing stay. We have car parking for maximum of 2 cars within the walled garden. Access is controlled by electric gates, and you will be given a set of keys during your check-in. Sorry no large parties or gatherings, maximum of 4 people.
