Come and enjoy our family home in the wonderful city of York. We renovated our house 5 years ago, contrasting traditional Victorian style with modern contemporary spaces. The playroom is stocked with toys - plus a drumkit - to keep your kids entertained. The garden is perfect to enjoy sunny day. The space The house is in the middle of a Victorian terrace, on a lovely quiet residential street. We moved in in 2020 after comprehensively rennovating and remodelling the space. There are two adult bedrooms and two kids' bedrooms, with two bathrooms and a downstairs WC. The house is very generous in size, with very high ceilings and lots of period features. Bear in mind it is a residential house rather than a buy-to-let - we just let it out when we are on holiday ourselves. This means you get the benefits of all the comfort and style you would expect from an owner-occupied house, but you will open the odd drawer and find it is already in use. We'll make sure you have plenty of room for your clothes food etc. Guest access You will be able to access the whole house except for the fifth bedroom, which is used as a study. This will be locked out of use. Other things to note There is plenty of on street parking available, we can provide parking permits for you for free for up to 2 cars as part of the listing price.
