Trained pets are welcome. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 spacious bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor. - All bedrooms offer a plethora of amenities including a comfortable king-sized bed, wardrobe, AC, Wi-Fi access and attached bathrooms. - All bedrooms open up to a balcony, that overlooks the surrounding landscapes. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room. - All bathrooms have boilers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - Upon entering this luxurious holiday home, you will be welcomed by the expansive living room, furnished with lavish seating arrangements. - It is equipped with a wired music system, 2 ACs, a TV and Wi-Fi access. - The dining area is a part of the living room on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 6 people. - The exteriors of the home feature a cosy swimming pool, 20x30 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. - Guests have access to the pool till 10 PM. - Guests can unwind on the landscaped lawn, 500 sq. ft. in size, with seating arrangements for up to 4 people. KITCHEN - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Please note that the meals will be delivered to the property. - Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities ! Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. Within the property, guests can start their day with a brisk walk on the lawns. Enjoy a friendly game of carrom, badminton and chess. Reserve the evenings for a refreshing splash in the swimming pool. Savour the misty breeze and beautiful views from the balconies. ADD-ON SERVICES - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support a few lights and fans for up to 6 hours. - This is a pet-friendly property. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - The caretaker stays near the property. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. -Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
