With large windows giving beautiful views of the ocean and coastal mountains, there is plenty of natural light in all areas of the home. This vacation home is perfect for families, small retreats with 4 adults and as many children under 19 that the house can accommodate. No parties. Familyvacationsonly The space This home is centrally situated and is 15 minutes away from Departure Bay Ferry Terminal, 25 minutes from Duke Point Ferry, and less than 5 minutes from Woodgrove Centre. There is a beautiful 2km beach with access right down the street. This beach during low tide is incredible with a sandy shore extending far past the rocky start. The beach access is at the end of Seabold Road. There is plenty of room for everyone with 4 open bedrooms and 3 bathrooms – one being a master en-suite bedroom. Upstairs there is a family room and living room along with two dining spaces. Downstairs you can enjoy extra space with a rec room and theatre room ( Projector currently out of order). The kitchen and spice kitchen are fully equipped for all your needs along with a Nespresso coffee machine and frother for your morning coffee. This home features two decks – one at the front with a gorgeous oceanview and one at the back with more privacy, space and BBQ. Please note that this home is not suitable for parties of any kind. Guest access Keyless Entry The guests will have access to the main house as listed, the back yard and the attached garage to park. Also there are multiple places to park on the property and can comfortably fit 5 vehicles. There is also a basement that will not be available to guests. There are stairs in the home to access most bedrooms and the kitchen, accessibility may be difficult for someone with mobility limitations.
