Welcome to the heart of Limburg's old town! This historic house was fully renovated and furnished in 2021/22. Located on one of Limburg's oldest squares, it offers: Three bedrooms with two double beds and one single bed Spacious living and dining area with a sofa bed for the 6th and 7th guest Two bathrooms Modern, fully equipped kitchen Views of Limburg's old town and the cathedral (Dom) Close to restaurants and cafes Washer and dryer. The space Limburg is regionally known mainly for its eponymous bishopric, which includes the cathedral with the late Romanesque St. George's Cathedralc "Dom". Additionally, Limburg impresses with its well-preserved medieval old town, which has been restored through an elaborate renovation. The apartment spans three floors. The first floor features an open living and dining area with a modern kitchen, a dining table, a large sofa bed, and a Smart TV. On the second floor, there is a modern bathroom with a spacious shower, a large bedroom with a double bed, and a smaller bedroom with a work area and a single bed. The attic offers another bedroom with a seating area, Smart TV, and coffee machine, along with the second bathroom, also equipped with a shower. On the ground floor of the house, there is a small and charming café where you can enjoy fresh coffee, ice cream, and a variety of cold drinks throughout the day – perfect for a relaxed start to your morning or a little break in between. As the building is historic and combines both residential and commercial use, the café staff have access to the shared staircase during opening hours (until 6 p.m.) in order to use the basement. We have known the team for many years and maintain an absolutely trusting relationship. Guest access The entrance to the property is located at the back of the house. It features an electronic door lock, allowing for 24-hour self-check-in. You will receive the access details a few days prior to check-in.
