Unique historical house built in 1907 by a famous Danish poet born in Lemvig "Thøger Larsen". Very central location. 5 minutes by foot to reach the town centre, church, cinema, lake and grocery stores. Great beaches for swimming - both in the fjord (child friendly) and by the North Sea (15 minutes by car). The house has two floors and is ideal for two families as it has a guest room on the ground floor. Cosy front garden and a sheltered backyard with garden furniture and a sun bed. The space HOUSE: Two floors with bathrooms on both floors. Upstairs: Master bedroom (with double bed, one single mattress and one bed for younger children), one children's room with a mattress on the floor, another girls room with a single mattress for younger children). Downstairs: kitchen with table, two big living rooms (one with a big table - another one with TV and couch) and a bedroom with one 140 cm bed, TV and a mattress upstairs where two children/young people could sleep. GARDEN: We have an open front garden with roses, swings and a football goal. There is also a sheltered and private backyard with sandpit, toys, a sund bed and garden furniture.
