The space The accommodation is a renovated house of 35m2 on the floor on three floors with terrace, quiet private garden and jacuzzi. The terrace is large with a table for 6 people. The green area has sun loungers and BBQ. On the ground floor you will find the living room with a living area (sofa and armchairs), a dining area for 6 people, an open kitchen with oven and microwave. an enclosed space with fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. The first floor is composed of two bedrooms and one bathroom with toilet. The first has a double bed and storage space, the second largest contains a double bed and a dressing room. On the top floor, under the furnished and secluded attic, there is a very warm dorm area with a single bed that can open to accommodate two people. Guest access Access, in the heart of the village is on foot (50 m) after the school (free parking). You go up the street and you have a small communal path to access the house on the right at number 30 through a sliding gate. If the check-in time is otherwise agreed, a secure lockbox will allow you to freely access the house. Other things to note Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday, shorter stays may be offered outside of school holidays, please get in touch! Housekeeping and linens are not included in the rental price. You can still benefit from it: €20 for bed linen and bath linen per bed and €130 for cleaning. The use of the HOT TUB is self-managed and the tenant is responsible for it (fill-empty-clean).
