3 Bedroom seaview house with resort access

This is a three bedroom fully furnished guest house inclusive of beach and pool access at the nearby resort (access would depend on the number of nights stay) which is about 6 minutes walk from the place (might be longer for the elderly). The rooms all have air-conditioning to ensure a comfortable sleep as well as a well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill for your cooking pleasure. The nearby beach resort access has a swimming pool both for kids and adults, white sand beaches and restaurants. The space The house is located on an elevated portion of the resort village thus the sea view of the room balcony. The rooms have double sized beds with air-conditioning. The base rate is for 6 guests but we can have a maximum capacity of 12 guests (extra head fee applies when booking the number of heads). Linens and towels are provided based on head count and that requests for additional linens and towels may be accommodated for an additional fee. We change linens every 7 days for long staying guests. Bathroom onthe second floor is larger than the ground level toilet. Purified drinking water is already provided for the guests for free so no need to bring any drinking water. The rates are inclusive the beach and pool access at the resort between 7 am to 5 pm (dependent on the number of nights stay). The resorts pool closes at 9pm and opens at 6 am, while the beach resort closes at 11 pm (or later depending on activity at the resorts bar area.) We would highly appreciate guests contacting us for any concerns or damages incurred so we may discuss on the matter. We recently installed a signal booster so your mobile data would receive signals since the area has low to intermittent mobile phone signal. And finally we provide a videoke for the guests use free of charge for their entertainment. Also in the event of a power outage in the island due to short power supply from the energy provider we have provided four rechargeable fans to help with the cooling as well as a gas stove for cooking. Guest access Full access to the entire guest house. Beach resort access is from 7am-5pm (but if your inside the resort before 5 and would wish to stay up to 9pm it should be fine since the entrance closes to incoming foot traffic at 5pm). Take note that the number of resort access corresponds to both the number of nights and the number of heads booked only. Excess rates apply. Other things to note We value your privacy thus our caretaker do not stay in house but you may contact her for immediate concerns. If you wish for our caretaker to change sheets or buy groceries for you, you may contact her, this entails a minimal fee depending on the errands.
