Modern house from 2020, sea view, close to beaches

Checking the interest for our spacious home this summer. Sponvika is a popular area in the spring and summer, with a mix of old and new houses and cabins. Nice harbour area with a small kiosk and 2 restaurants. Sea view from the house. The house has 5 bedrooms, but we will keep one locked for storing private items while hosting. 2 bedrooms on 1st floor; main bedroom and toddler room. 2 rooms w bunkbeds and 1 w doublebed 2nd floor. Bathroom w shower and wc on each floor + extra wc 1st floor. The space Modern house from 2020. Entrance, hall, bathroom, two bedrooms, living room w TV, dining area, kitchen and laundry room on 1st floor. Doors out to big terrasse with dining area and steps down to garden from the living room. Living room w TV and amazing view on 2nd floor. Also two bedrooms with bunkbeds and one bedroom with a guest sofa that turns into a double bed. Bathroom. Door out to big roof top terrasse with the best view, two sunbeds and lounge furniture. Great place for enjoying a glas of wine at sunset. Both bathrooms are fresh with tiles and good lights, waterfall shower, toilet and sink w mirror above. Bathroom on 2nd floor is the largest. We have a portable baby/toddler bathtub perfect for kids from 1 month to about 5 years (depending on how big they are). The laundry room is accesable from the living room, with a door to the outside as well. There are washer, dryer, drying rack, shoe dryers, toilet and a sink in the room. The kitchen is modern with fridge (surprisingly small), freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. We also have blenders, mixers and so on. The dining table can be pulled out to fit 10 persons. We have six dining chairs and one toddler Stokke tripptrapp chair (with extra equipment if you have a baby or small toddler with you). There are four extra chairs on the 2nd floor if needed. Couch and TV with Apple TV in both living rooms. There is a coal grill/bbq on the gras next to the terrasse. The property contains three levels of garden, and we are trying to have some herbs, vegetables and flowers around, but there are so many rude deers walking through all gardens in the neighbourhood, so we can’t guarantee anything. There is a big apple tree in front of the house and a smaller on the side. We also have two cherry trees. Guest access You can access all of the house and property, except from the one room where we store personal items. We can choose what room to lock away depending on your needs for beds.
