Welcome to our slice of paradise, sit and enjoy the tranquil and peaceful setting, sipping your morning coffee while admiring the beauty of nature from the kangaroo conservation park on our doorstep. We offer a private Bedroom with a king bed size and a private Bathroom in a well located house. We are 15 min drive from the beach and 14 min from theme parks. Close to train station, shopping center and hospitals. We are a young friendly and welcoming couple that loves nature and traveling. The space The Christina Ryan Way House has everything you need for a smooth and comfy stay in Gold Coast, Arundel. It is a two-story house with an open plan and well illuminated, with big windows overlooking the front garden and all around the park where you can relax. The first floor is located the living and dining room, the kitchen, toilet and laundry. The Second floor you will find your room and your toilet. On the living room, stairs and bedrooms have carpet and kitchen, dining room and bathrooms tiles. The house has a quite big backyard surrounded by a Conservation Park. Our house is our temple, it is cosy, with clear colours, minimalist and welcoming touch. During your stay We are a young couple from Brazil and England, we are clean and relax. We work full time and will be most of the nights at home. We enjoy to have a chat and dinners if time permits. You can contact us by text message or give us a call. Just leave it tidy after you use. Located above the stove top left cabinet above the kettle Laundry • You can use the washing machine. • Unfortunately, we do not have a drier, you can hang your cloths outside or there is a laundry on the nearest shopping 5 min walk.
