Other things to note OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: * We do not allow parties. * NO SMOKING inside premises. * NO Pets, you will be charged a pet fee $15/day * $400 SMOKING INSIDE FEE * No illegal substances are permitted. * No overnight visitors or guests allowed without host's permission * No loud noises after 11:00 pm. * Lock door after leaving the property. * Please take the trash out to the dumpster before checking out. * If something breaks or gets damaged, please let us know. * Relax and have fun. • ID Verification: Guests are required to digitally provide a valid government-issued ID and selfie prior to check-in. This specifically includes a photo of the government identification near the face of the guest to verify possession. That identification and individual submitting it must match the name of the person making the reservation. There are no third-party bookings allowed, unless using the Airbnb business travel option. Check-In & Check-Out: $50 fee for every 15 minutes you are late to check out. We keep a tight schedule and need to be able to thoroughly clean the house to prepare for the next traveler. • Smoking: This house is a 100% smoke-free house; the unit itself and any other habitable areas within the building. You must be totally outside of the property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we strongly suggest considering another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a request of $400 requested in FULL and the inability to book with us again in any location in the future. • Events & Gatherings: We have a zero-tolerance policy with respect to noise complaints, parties or large gatherings of any sort are strictly forbidden. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are enforced from 11 PM-7 AM. • Damage: We understand accidents happen, we require all guests to inform us if anything is damaged or broken during their stay. Fees may apply, but more importantly, we want to solve the problem for our future guests. Guests who do not ask for permission first and pay prior to usage will be subject to eviction without refund.
