Newly Renovated Master Suite in cozy Manteca home!

Private: King bed, bathroom, smart tv, mini fridge, desk and workspace, closet! BLACKOUT CURTAINS! Shared: living room with smart tv and pullout Queen sleeper sofa. Full kitchen+dining room. Outdoor pool, chairs, picnic table, ping pong table, access to garage gym! Kitten and pug puppy use common areas, but avoid yours. Colombian American household 🇺🇸🇨🇴. WE LOVE EVERYONE 🏳️‍🌈! And Law Enforcement, military, and first responder friendly 😊. We'll give you your space if/when needed! The space The room is very spacious, but the shower can seem a little cramped. You'll have access to any of the other shared showers if you so choose! Guest access You'll have your room, the living room, kitchen and dining, outdoor area, pool, garage gym, etc. During your stay Myself or my family will usually be around or easy to get in touch with if you have any questions! We love talking to people, but will give you your space if needed/requested! Other things to note We love animals, but we don't allow pets. We have one friendly kitten running around, but we can't control how other pets will react with him.
