It has a large living room on the ground floor, open to the fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room. A corridor lit by a glass roof leads you to the bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and two bedrooms: one with a 160 bed and the other with a 140 bed and a dressing room. Upstairs, a mezzanine that can be used as an office, games room or additional bedroom since 2 single beds are installed there. The Pierreber gite is surrounded by a fenced garden, you will enjoy spending time on the terrace, around a barbecue or playing on the lawn. Parking space is provided in the garden or in front of the property. The house is non-smoking and cleaning must be done before departure.
