The villa benefits from central heating and air conditioning so its a perfect holiday home for every month of the year. To the Main Square in Pollensa it takes a more or les 10 minute walk. The space Villa Pou features three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. From the kitchen, there is access to the swimming pool area (via a security door for child safety). The swimming pool is located on a terrace paved with typical Majorcan stone, which is perfect for sunbathing. In the barbecue area, you will find another kitchen with a wood-fired oven and an open fireplace. It is a ten-minute walk into Pollença and a ten-minute drive down to the sea.
