Designed for guests seeking privacy, comfort and proximity to the water, the villa offers a heated infinity pool with sea views, a private wellness area and a setting that supports relaxed outdoor living. Set on a 1,860 m² property with approximately 400 m² of interior living space, the villa accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 en-suite bedrooms. The layout is arranged over multiple levels, offering spacious communal areas and private zones for each guest. The interior is defined by large glass surfaces, neutral tones and open spaces that create a bright and comfortable atmosphere. The main living level features an open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen, with a dining table for ten guests and a lounge area with fireplace. Several rooms and balconies provide pleasant views of the Adriatic, reinforcing the villa’s coastal character. The lower level is dedicated to wellness and entertainment, including a private gym and sauna, as well as a billiards table and table football. This level creates a separate area for relaxation and leisure, complementing the outdoor lifestyle. Outdoor living is centred around a 55 m² heated infinity swimming pool with hydromassage, seawater system and waterfall feature, positioned toward the sea. Sun loungers and relaxation areas surround the pool, offering both privacy and open sea ambiance. A covered outdoor dining area for ten guests, barbecue and outdoor shower provide a complete setting for alfresco living. With the sea located approximately 20 metres away and the pebble beach Zečevo around 350 metres from the villa, guests can easily alternate between poolside relaxation and direct swimming in the Adriatic. The villa is located in Rogoznica, approximately 20 km from Šibenik, in one of the most scenic bays in Dalmatia. Known for its clear waters, marina and relaxed atmosphere, the area offers access to nearby national parks such as Krka and Kornati, as well as historic towns including Trogir and Split. Guest access Guests have access to every room in the villa. Whole property is rented to the one group of guests and there will be no other people there except the cleaning crew at arranged times. Other things to note The outdoor heated swimming pool can be arranged at an additional charge depending on the season: EUR 65 per day from November 1 to April 30, and EUR 20 per day from June 1 to September 1.
