We are excited to welcome you soon to our comfortable studio located close to the city center (less than a 10-minute walk). Indeed its ideal location will allow you to move very easily in the city and its surroundings. In the immediate vicinity, you will find all the restaurants and shops you may need. The space Our 25 m2 studio is located on the ground floor and consists of a beautiful living room with a double bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The building is quiet and once inside you can enjoy all the comfort amenities for a pleasant and quiet stay. Comfort: - The building is secured by a locked door. - Equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, fridge/freezer, Nespresso, pots, dishes, utensils...) and a pantry provided (salt, pepper, oil...) so that you can cook as you like. Complimentary Nespresso capsules and tea. - High-quality bedding (pocket springs) with dimensions 140 x 190 cm to fully recharge your batteries during your stay - Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. - Linens and towels provided. - FIBER OPTIC WIFI available. - 126 cm 4K Smart TV: Netflix, etc. Whether you are on vacation or stopping in Valence, we take care of our guests and do everything to make sure that you do not miss anything. Transportation: - 10-minute walk from the Pôle Bus (central hub that groups the different bus lines). - 13-minute walk to Valence-ville train station. - 13-minute drive from Valence TGV train station. - 9-minute drive to Valence Hospital. Other things to note Cultural and tourist side: - Peynet kiosk overlooking Jouvet Park, a botanical garden labeled "remarkable garden" of 7 hectares. - Museum of Valence, Art and Archeology. - Saint Apollinaire Cathedral, consecrated in 1095. - ViaRhôna: equipped cycle route (connecting Geneva to the Mediterranean) that passes a few hundred meters from the apartment. - Château de Crussol, a medieval fortress from the early 12th century overlooking the Rhone Valley. - You can enjoy the heritage of the Vercors Foothills as well as the rivers of the Ardèche with its varied hikes in the heart of nature. ------------- House Rules - No parties or gatherings. - Check-out by 10 a.m. on the day of the end of the rental. - The accommodation is non-smoking. - Please leave the apartment in the same condition you found it. - In case of problems with the equipment, please let us know of any malfunction. -------------
