The space The Villa is a smoke-free and brand-new construction designed with families in mind. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large dishwasher. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom or private bathroom with air conditioner, Bluetooth ceiling fan, and blackout curtains. Bedrooms are equipped with floor-to-ceiling wood closets or walk-in closets. Guest access Guests will have access to rooms on the first and second floor including the 4 bedrooms/ 6 beds and 4.5 bathrooms listed. Kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, balcony on second floor. Front porch, covered driveway, covered terrace, washer and dryer, backyard, outdoor shower, and pool. Other things to note Additional Notes: Access to the roof/3rd floor is restricted to maintenance and cleaning personnel only. Don't dispose of any items in the toilets, including toilet paper. Use the trash bins provided. We're not responsible for water pressure, electricity, or Wi-Fi outages caused by providers or weather. No smoking inside the villa. No pets allowed. The pool is not heated.
